Ingredients:
¾ cup mango pulp
- 1 cup curd/yogurt/dahi
- 1 tablespoon Sugar /honey
- 2 pinch Saffron strands
- 3 tablespoons Whole Almonds (Badam) , finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons Milk,
- luke warm+more cold milk
- Ice cubes as needed.
Procedure :
- To make the Kesar Mango Lassi recipe, soak a pinch of Kesar in 2 tablespoons of warm milk and let it sit for a few minutes.

Procedure:
- To start making the w2ood apple squash drink , mix mint leaves and set aside.
- Hit the floor to break the fruit. Using a spoon or scoop, scoop the pulp into a large bowl.
- Pour in a little water and crush the pulp with your hands to separate the seeds.
- The liquid is then strained using a sieve that separates seeds and fibers. Repeat this process one more time and add more water.
- Add remaining spices including sugar/jaggery, lemon juice, black salt and cumin powder.Add mixed mint leaves.

Procedure:
- To start making your Aam Panna recipe with jaggery, rinse the mangoes and place them on the wire grate of your gas stove.
- Roast until the skin is completely browned and the mangoes are well cooked through.
