Any form of medicine can be taken to make our body healthier. We all know that we treat our ailments in the form of pills and syrups. We all know that some fruits and vegetables do contain healing substances, but we refuse to accept them and are too busy exercising, walking, etc. We can try to find a remedy at home and can use it .

Medicinal Rice Porridge:
This special rice porridge is nutritious, easy to digest, and light on the stomach,goes well with homemade beet achar.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Raw rice (can use red rice which is rich in nutritions etc)
- 1 tbsp Garden cress seeds
- 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- to taste salt
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 4 shallots
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp ghee
- as needed few shallots for frying
- leaves few curry
Procedure:
- Add all this (rice, halim, fenugreek, water) to a cooking bowl
- cook with 1/2 tsp turmeric and salt until cooked Grind coconut 1/2 cup, cumin seeds 1 tsp, shallots 4 1/2 tsp coriander The seeds,
- ground into a fine paste and added to porridge.
- Finally add 2 tbsp ghee to the pan and fry the shallots and curry leaves until golden and pour over the porridge.
- Enjoy with homemade beet paste.

Thankuni pata bata:
The leaves of the thankuni tree are very effective for any stomach ailments. People use this leaf to treat ulcers and diarrhea.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch Thankuni pata (one of the medicinal plants in Bengal)
- 1 tsp Kalo jeera (onion seeds)
- As required Mustard oil
- 1 Green chillies
- as per taste Salt
Procedure:
- wash the leaves thoroughly
- Then make the paste by adding kalo jeera, salt and green chili To make the paste we can use a stone mortar and pestle or in a blender grinder.
- In a small container add the paste with 2 tablespoons of mustard oil. Cover the container and let it sit in the pot with the hot rice for a few minutes until you start serving the hot rice for lunch.
- Serve the bata or paste with hot rice.

Chicken medicinal soup:

Ingredients:
- 7 pcs ginger
- Green leek union
- Garlic
- Carrot
- Corn
- Shallots
- Black pepper powder
- Salt
- 250g of chicken (shredded )
- 1 egg
Procedure:

- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breast
Procedure:
- Marinate in a shallow dish by combining 1/4 cup mustard, wine, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, 1 tablespoon shallot, and 12 tablespoons maple syrup.
- Add chicken pieces and coat thoroughly; let stand 5 minutes.
- Preheat a charcoal or gas grill. Heat a ribbed baking sheet. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
