whistleblower complaints back in February and March.
TCS Bunch Chairman N Chandrasekaran has formally tended to the stunning TCS ‘bribes-for-jobs ’scandal that sent shockwaves all through the IT industry. Chandrasekaran has said that the IT services company has taken action against six employees who were found to be favoring many staffing companies.
Chandrasekaran said that the group “can’t measure what favors” were received by representatives who had found out that they were behaving in a way “favoring certain firms”.
“We found six employees who did not take after the ethical conduct, we have banned all those six employees and also the six companies,” the Tata Bunch Chairman said
“We cannot measure what benefits they (workers) got but they must have behaved as if they were in favor of certain organizations,” Chandrasekaran added.
Tata Consultancy Administrations, money dairy animals of Tata Group, had gotten two whistleblower complaints back in February and Walk. The whistleblowers had alleged offense by certain employees from the resource allocation group.
The asset allotment gathering is dependent with appointment of contractual workers from staffing firms empanelled by the firm. TCS has 1,000 such staffing firms empanelled over 55 countries. The IT giant is testing the role of three more employees, Chandrasekaran added but did not share any advance points of interest.
